Finally had the chance to try the Mentaiko Salmon Bowl ($10) from Lagoon in a Bowl located at Amoy Street Food Centre.
People who are familiar with me, will know that I am actually secretly a πΈ who loves mentaiko & salmon a lot! So when I happened to pass by Lagoon In A Bowl, it is like θ΅°θΏθ·―θΏδΈθ¦ιθΏ. The salmon is nicely prepared with torched mentaiko and it literally melt in my mouth.
The oozing egg yolk flows out and it goes well together with the salmon bowl. π Lagoon in a Bow
