I liked that brown rice could be chosen without additional cost & that there was generous serving of 4 complimentary sides. The sashimi was fresh and in big cubes (which made it seem to be quite little cause they got gobbled up quickly). I preferred the wasabi mayo seasoning as I felt that the original one could have been slightly richer. There is a self-service station for free sauces, kimchi & ginger slices. The kimchi was good but ran out real fast & maybe it was cause I didn't add any additional sauce that I felt the rest of the bowl to be a bit bland. I would have liked if some of the sashimi seasoning had been mixed in with the rest of the bowl
