3⭐ Saw on HSBC wow that there's 1 for 1 Lunch Buffet at Conrad Oscar's Cafe so I make a reservation and here we are. The lunch buffet are all cooked food and we ordered all the dishes at least once. We only ordered the salted egg prawn and white wine clams again. Well, the buffet is forgettable, I wanted to give it a try since it's $39++ which is almost equivalent to dining for 2 at a restaurant.
