We came for dinner on a Thursday night, and ordered the pork belly (duroc), 160g, the thinly sliced brisket, 200g, the mini noodles (cold), and the chicken-green onions jeon. Our meal also came with an array of banchan that were fresh, tasty, and paired wonderfully with the meats. While the meats and jeon were not bad, the star of the show definitely had to be the mini cold noodles and the pickled squid banchan. The refreshing taste of the cold noodle broth and the savoury, chewy bite of the squid were flavours we kept returning to throughout the night. I loved the freshness of the two veggie banchan options as well. We were initially considering getting some shaved ice for dessert, but were far too full due to the generous portions of each menu item ordered.
