By hotel standards, it’s a decent chicken rice, with a high price point as expected.
I found the rice fragrant and of very little oiliness - probably to suit the palate of their international guests better.
The chicken breast meat I’d asked for was acceptable with only a slight dryness at its thickest point.
There was an accompanying bowl of soup that unfortunately, tasted rather plain but the chilli dip did please me. Intensely spicy it was not but nicely balanced with lime and ginger it was.
