The must order discovery here among the nine dishes we tried - fried lao shu fen (“mouse tail” vermicelli) ($13.50) that has a “wok hei” aroma with springy vermicelli pieces in between bean sprouts and pieces of egg omelette.

Not usually a fan of yusheng but this one I had was mega good.
