My favourite hot dessert - orh nee (yam paste)!!!
Stir-fried kangkong with garlic & chilli padi..
The stir-fried nai bai (奶白) which is fresh, sweet and cooked just nice is highly recommended here!
Dry Fried Prawns 干煎虾碌 - prawns cooked in sweet & sour sauce.
The one dish which really taste terrible with its sand-filled clams.....
Prawn paste chicken (虾酱鸡) - very crispy but I still prefer the chicken at Hong Sheng which have a stronger prawn paste taste..
