🍴This was an underrated gem of a place! The beef pho with US chuck roll and beef brisket was brimming with ingredients and noodles, all doused in a complex savoury broth that we couldn’t stop drinking! The Bun Oc, which was rice noodles in a light tomato, pork and escargot broth, had a unique flavour profile that we couldn’t break down, but loved regardless. It was topped with tiger prawns, huge escargot, fried tofu, and a heap of banana blossoms. Bun ca was our overall favourite - the cold rice noodles was topped with grilled minced Berkshire pork balls and grilled pork belly. The smokiness of the meats really came through, and was perfectly complemented by a sweet dipping sauce and fresh vegetables. Last but not least, the Bánh xeo - a savory Vietnamese pancake - was ginormous! Crispy on the outside and bursting with enoki mushrooms, tiger prawns, braised pork, mung beans and beansprouts within. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the meal and thought this was one of the best Vietnamese food we’ve had in Singapore! It is definitely pricey at first look, but the portions are huge and ingredients generous. With burpple and entertainer 1-1 vouchers, this was an absolute steal!
