While we have seen 流沙包 at many dim sum restaurants in Singapore, this was our first time seeing one with a deep fried crispy exterior! The outer layer was really crispy while the inside contained hot salted egg yolk custard! Take note that the inside is really hot so you may want to break it open and let the egg yolk cool down a little first! Do give it a shot as this dim sum dish is really novel 😋
