Tono Cevicheria's plancha de mariscos features grilled fresh mixed seafood with vegetables "a la plancha". A la plancha is a spanish style of food preparation that combines high-temperature searing with a small amount of smoking.

Needless to say, the mixed seafood was sweet and juicy, and nicely caramelized. We loved the red quinoa huancaina sauce, a cheese based Peruvian sauce whose richness and acidity perfectly complimented the natural sweetness of the mixed seafood.

Tono Cevicheria is needless to say one of my favorite meals for 2019!
