Their roast chicken is also juicy and texture is nice. Rice is fragrant. Black sauce is good quality type. Nice minced ginger, and the chili is potent. The chili can improve to make it a little less spicy but with a little more acidity. Overall, this Hainanese Chicken Rice is considered above average and rank amongst the top few in Sin Ming Area.
