PRICE: $2.40 for this Green Tea Monster

WAITING TIME: ~10 mins on a weekday 2.30pm (they were almost sold out by then)

REMARKS:
- He who doesn't like green tea flavoured food, actually liked this A LOT
- I LOVED IT
- the streussel top is just...wow
- Very reasonable price for a muffin this big and this good

WILL WE RETURN? Yes but won't want to queue too long for it
