I'm very, very excited about this. Ritz-Carlton @ritzcarlton has organized their first Stellar Dining Series, where six Michelin-starred chefs of The Ritz-Carlton align in cosmic collaboration to bring us an unforgettable journey for the senses.

Stellar Dining Series by @ritzcarlton will tour four cities ‪from 1 November until 1 December 2018‬, stopping for a limited time in each city. This journey will start at Singapore @ritzcarltonmilleniasingapore, then travel through Osaka and Hong Kong to finally land at The Ritz-Carlton Beijing.

Each destination you will see the Michelin-starred chefs collaborate to present their signatures and to create new dishes, orchestrating a constellation of cosmic dining events as well as exclusive masterclasses and cocktail craftsmanship.

At their first stop in Singapore, we can expect a six-hands collaboration that will offer a harmony of the best Chinese dishes from:
