Look at that ultra thick ebi katsu 100% handmade using Black Tiger Prawns๐Ÿคฉ Sandwiched between two slices of Hokkaido milk toast & eaten together with the homemade tartar sauce, it was so homely & good๐Ÿ’• Reminded me of a home-made sandwich dish that I had during a farm visit in Hokkaido๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ตโฃ
