This was my first time returning to the refurbished Kazu. Every skewer is seasoned lightly, and it's so on point that you'll know that it's because of that grain of salt. Foie gras is my favorite dish on the menu. Melts like butter and absolutely loved the charcoal aftertaste. Please help yourself and finish off with a gush of golden Asahi. Happy days.
