So tomorrow is the start of Term 4! Decided to do something special and also submit an entry for @AyamBrandSG's Sardine Bento Box Contest. Can you see the 2 teddy buddies 🐻🐻 sleeping on their cheese pillow 🧀, hugging their sardine bolsters 🐟, and covered snuggly by their bread crust blankets? 😋

Featuring Ayam Brand's sardines and tuna, this bento box is nutrition-packed with carbos (bread and sushi rice), proteins (sardines, tuna, egg) and fruits (strawberries). Ooh and veggie too (if seaweed counts 😅). The sardine tin was easy to open, and I like the range of flavors available (e.g. with black bean sauce, teriyaki sauce, olive oil and chilli).

Recipe:
🔸 Tuna sushi: Ingredients are sushi rice, dried seaweed, Ayam Brand's Omega-3 Tuna (150g) and light mayonnaise. Place seaweed on sushi mat and rice on top. Wrap tightly. Cut into into sushi rolls. Spoon the mayo-tuna mix on top of the sushi.
🔸Bento box: Place the bread on the bento box to form the base, then add the various ingredients - cheese, egg, Ayam Brand's Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Peppercorn (120g) - above. Lastly, add the hard boiled egg, sushi and fruits to fill up the gaps.
