We couldn't stop drinking the wonderfully sweet soup of this claypot porridge, the result of all sorts of seafood simmered together. The different types of fresh seafood are weighed separately before being cooked which is how they calculate the total price. This also means you can order more of the seafood that you prefer. These include crab (you can see them hanging out in a tank), fish (served in boneless pieces), squid, prawns and "la la". They are then cooked in a porridge with dried scallops, enoki mushrooms and bits of pork lard before being garnished with "kng chye".
I found the grains cooked to the right softness and they tasted so sweet, having absorbed the rich soup.
Portions here are quite large so I'd suggest you minus one person's share when ordering. For eg. A portion for 3 can feed 4 comfortably. This leaves precious tummy space for other dishes - always a good thing.
