Baked ricotta, spinach, feta and filo pastry served with grilled portobello and mixed vegetable ratatouille. I really liked the pastry, it has a good bite with the spinach and the cheese makes up for the lack of meat. Though it is vegetarian, it is not lacking in flavour at all. However, the price point is pretty steep, so I would probably only come back if thereβs burpple beyond.
