Whenever I am at Hong Lim Food Center, I can always fall back on Ji Ji Noodle House @jijinoodles for its Signature Char Siew Wanton Noodle. It's ingredients galore in this iconic purple bowl, stacked full of char siew, leafy greens, and fried + soup wantons! What stood out even more was their chewy eggy noodles, which soaked up their homemade sauce and had no alkaline taste. The copious amount of crispy pork lard made the noodles taste even better.  

I usually won't drink, much less finish the accompanying bowl of soup, but this one is clean tasting with a tinge of sweetness from the goji berries (maybe drink more will 明目养神 hehe 😆)! Also, sister Kristen will always try her best to interact with each customer despite how busy she is!
