This is called 生煎包 in Chinese, the bottom part of the bun is fried crispy and in those buns, sweet savory juices can be found! As the name says, "Buns that cannot be bitten", I didn't take it seriously and gave it a big bite! The consequence was the juice oozing out at a high speed dirtying my clothes! I would strongly recommend the ones with the shrimps inside as they are much more nicer with the seafood taste mixed in!
