The original Spanish Omelette that comes with onions and potatoes within. Honestly this is the version we would prefer when put against the deconstructed version because this just simply felt real in contrast in terms of texture. We were impressed with the level of skill here; crisp on the outside, but the omelette was runny within. Again one of the simple and humble dishes served here, but a homely and comforting one that got us hooked for more!
