Tonkotsu mix soup based ramen, one infused with truffle oil and the other with spicy miso & minced pork. Both broths were really tasty - one offering a strong truffle taste with every slurp, the other offering a spicy kick with each mouthful π₯ The crab cream croquette was crispy on the outside and rich & creamy on the inside! π
