Hotdog Omelette. Saute 4 cloves crushed garlic, 1 pc chopped onion and 4 pcs regular hotdogs, minced. Pour 200g tomato sauce and 1/2 cup water. Season with 1/4 tsp iodized fine salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 tsp sugar and1 tsp hot sauce. Add 1 pc mediu red bell pepper, cut into strips. Simmer ucovered for ten minutes. Beat 8 pcs eggs. Add 1/2 cup evaporated mik and 1/3 tsp iodized fine salt. Cook eggs into two separate omelettes on a non-stick pan. Try to retain the round shape. Transfer onto a plate.
