Back at Sambae again. Having been mightily impressed with its sambal stingray on my first visit, I picked the ๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐—ฒ ๐—ฆ๐—ผ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฅ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐—•๐—ผ๐˜„๐—น ($7.50) this time. While the onsen egg could've been more molten, the sambal, once again, was the undisputed star. The fresh and chewy sotong rings were made more delicious by the savoury and spicy sambal, which instantly makes anything paired with it taste infinitely better.
