Ordered the 4 soup based (菌汤mushroom, 麻辣 mala spicy, 鸡汤black chicken and 番茄tomatoes)! It's great variety for $24++! I think the tomato has the most overpowering taste, recommend to consume last. The mushroom soup base has a stronger mushroom taste compared to the Hai di lao in China. I think it is more yummy. Ordered crispy fish skin($9), black pork half($9), mutton slices half($8), cuttlefish cake($14), pork kidney slides($8), pork liver($6), black fungus half($3), kelps half($3), golden mushroom half($4), fried tofu skin($10), taro half($4), Chinese cabbage half($2.50$, Chinese yam half($3), handmade noodles($4) and handmade mashed prawn paste! Overall all ingredients are fresh and good but I highly recommend the following: 1. Crispy fish skin, 2. Handmade noodle (the guy was really skilful with performing the Kung fu and the noodles tasted good!) and 3. Handmade mashed prawn paste 手工虾滑 (this is Super delicious!! Make sure you order the 滑 and not the 饼 version. There's some difference in how compact the ingredients would be and the 滑 version is more yummy).
