I am probably not the only one who loves chilli crabs but finds it tedious to get your hands dirty in shelling the crabs.

Enjoy Eating House is a local restaurant which specialises in tzi char dishes. Their take on chilli crabs makes it fuss free by using plump and juicy pan seared prawns which have been shelled in a sweet and flavourful chilli sauce.

I like that the sauce was on the sweet and savoury side and great with the fried mantous. Definitely a great way of satisfying a chilli crab craving.
