Perfectly poached eggs, soft brioche and smoked salmon. Solid, but don't know whether i have SG brunch food fatigue - not sure I would pay the full $19 for this. Kudos to the waitress for being upfront with us about the fact that the barista was new, and wouldn't be confident enough to do brewed coffee for us with the Aeropress. The latte and cold brew that we settled for instead were on point, just as I would expect them to be.
