We ordered both hot and cold white coffee. The cold coffee is smooth but a little too bitter for my liking. However, I do love the hot white coffee though! It is strong and smooth and you can taste the freshness of the Hokkaido milk. Yes, it's expensive just like all things Japanese but definitely worth it.

Only gripe is that the hot coffee is lukewarm instead of warm.
