Crispy soft shell crab with chilli crab ice cream, crab bisque mousse topped with caviar, foam, mantou "sand". Taste like frozen, creamy chilli crab sauce with a hint of spiciness! Unique. I kinda like it!

Tried this at Savour this year. The sauce is the star!
