The 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗗𝗼𝗻 ($10) was filled with a bountiful amount of tiny seafood cubes, including salmon, tuna and octopus, which were excellently complemented by tamago and cucumber. The sushi rice, too, was impeccable. Seasoned with mirin, sugar and vinegar, it was very tasty and served as the perfect vehicle to carry the seafood.

We also ordered the 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗸𝘂𝗿𝗮 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶 ($6). The salmon sashimi was fresh and the tiny orbs of ikura provided bursts of delight.
