After watching food king, I was looking forward to trying this dish! Went on a Sunday, started queuing at 3.10pm and waited roughly 15mins. The queue behind me was getting longer and longer.

Finally got my order taken, and excitedly brought it back to the table. First look/impressions: Wet/damp type, sticky looking, prawny smell, good portion of ingredients. First taste: great texture, wok hei was there (but could have been more pronounced), broth lacked something (perhaps not enough or lack of pork bones?), fresh ingredients...

It was one of the better ones in sg, but I still ain't convinced why it was recommended by food king. Perhaps consistency is an issue here?
