I think I've become an official bagel hoe because there hasnt been a bagel that hasnt impressed the f out of me and Nuage is yet another spot to add to my list.

The bagel itself isnt too oily, and all the elements blend together perfectly. Youve got soft scrambled eggs, salty bacon, crunchy hash browns, cheddar and mayo, its an indulgent and incredibly amazing combo.
