I have missed Aspirasi! Used to have this few times a month when I was still staying in Hougang (and had to take Harbourfront MRT every night 💤)

Serving is still generous, and the grease is still how I remember it 😂 sambal has a slight nice kick (not too spicy). You get a free flow of crispy batter as well which pairs well with the rest
