Salt & Delight uses a blend from The Populus Food & Coffee Co. for their coffees, with beans from Brazil and El Salvador.

Overall it's pretty good; roasty and chocolatey in the front with a medium body and a more fruity finish at the end. Works pretty good with the cakes here.
