sweet potatoes(base), lemon-scented salmon(protein), baked pumpkin and japanese mushrooms(veg), onsen egg and furikake seaweed(toppings) a little on the pricey side ($17) but the food was filling & healthier than what i usually eat. other options include multigrain rice as base, smoky wagyu beef for protein, homemade ratatouille for veg and pumpkin seeds as topping- these are just some of the options and there's a HUGE variety to choose from which is another reason why i'll visit superfudo again πŸ˜‹πŸŒ±
