Got really experimental for our starters and appetisers because this place serves really interesting ones. I especially enjoyed the Uni, Lardo and Caviar toast, the uni was very fresh and the caviar added on an extra Unami touch to the toast.

The mains were undoubtedly most memorable for me, I especially enjoyed the Crusted Mac & Cheese! The Mac & Cheese was rich and creamy, the baked crust added an extra crisp to every bite. We also ordered the Black Opal Wagyu Zabuton MS6-7 and 2GR Full Blood Wagyu Rib Cap MS8/9 which were both cooked to the right doneness.

For the dessert, we had Eton mess and Burnt Blue Cheese Cake, for which the latter had a very interesting aftertaste. I have never tried Blue Cheese in a form of a dessert before, and I was pleasantly surprised by this cake. It was both sweet and savoury, and it complemented well with the sweetness of the wile berries sorbet. I will definitely recommend trying this dessert out! Besides, this restaurant offers private dining where the staffs, especially Ash, are very friendly and always willing to answer any queries you may have.
