Unfortunately I was having a sore throat so I ordered my tom yam soup without spice. I have to admit that it was not too fulfilling without spice but it still tasted very good. I can imagine it will taste even better when it is spicy.

Luckily I did not alter my green curry. I was told by the well meaning waiter (who knew I had a sore throat) that the green curry was spicy. My response was that it was simply not possible to have green curry without spice 😂. That was the highlight of the lunch. It was very well executed, just the right amount of spice, aroma and creaminess.
