There’s an inconspicuous glass jar of these poofy crunchy biscuits right next to the ice cream cones that’s totally untouched. Everyone probably didn’t know what was inside either. Since it’s a buffet, just try everything right?

Turns out it’s a hollow cracker with a thin chocolate cinnamon layer inside. It’s super crunchy and a perfect vessel for scoops of ice cream. I think this was the BEST item available at Sky22’s buffet dinner spread, and went back for seconds.
