The quest for roast goose was met with a sorely disappointing sold out sign, but this hole in wall gourmand bib more than made up for it with a stunning, haphazardly put together 三拼飯 drizzled with spring onions and ginger.

Wow, first meal in HK.

Rated 1 star restaurant by the Michelin Guide, this place is extremely popular for its famous char siew.
