Pick from seafood/beef/pork (our fav)/assorted (mixed of seafood) for the SoonTofu stew, which also gives you options on spiciness (levels 1-4). Let’s just say this was great enough that someone whose brows furrowed a little when first hearing on ‘tofu’ for dinner, left raving.
The banchan sides come with a yellow croaker fish (this is a first), among kimchi, marinated octopus and seaweed. End the wholesome hearty meal with a probiotic drink provided FOC.
