I ordered the hand-marinated ribeye cap (160g), marinated Duroc pork ribs (160g), and the soybean jjigae. The meats were incredibly soft, tender and full of flavour, with the marinades enhancing the natural richness of the cuts without overpowering them. The ribeye cap was especially juicy, while the pork ribs were well-balanced with a slightly savoury sweetness. The soybean jjigae was warm, comforting and very authentic, with a deep, savoury broth that paired perfectly with the grilled meats. Overall, the meal was delicious and very satisfying.
