Kushiya is a Japanese style charcoal grilled skewers and donburi food kiosk, which offer a range of Japanese rice bowls. The meat are grilled on charcoal upon orders, in order to bring out the smokey flavors of the meat then drizzled with homemade kimchi and savoury sauce. The Salmon Don is really amazing.
