interesting blend of pork and amaebi (sweet prawn) flavour with crunchy cabbage, minced pork, ajitama (marinated egg) and al dente noodles. the broth was so flavourful that we slurp everything down to the last drop. go for the shio if you want unadulterated prawn flavour, miso if you like slightly sweet & earthy or shoyu if you fancy saltier & bold 🦐🍜 .
