Chose to DIY and picked the 4 types of fishes - tuna, salmon, yellow tail and whitefish, + added unagi for an additional $4. Not the largest in quantity of fish but certainly fresh! Was pleasantly surprised to discover a piece of uni underneath the seaweed. Wasabi was also the freshly grated variant which was fab! You get to pour as much or as little of the kaisen sauce as you want. Definitely be returning for more of these!
