Although this isn't a holiday post, (more to follow soon as I have time now to post!) this is a ridiculously good kimchi rice from a bar (yes, a bar!) that serves food, incidentally. Just the rice heat and crunch and savory flavors bouncing in your mouth to balance out your heavy drinking sessions at Howntown Heroes at South City.
