😍 Crispy, buttery croissants filled with delicious lemon curd and topped with a meringue! From @brotherbird_bakehouse, these croissants are in ridiculously high demand. On the fifth day of trying to buy these croissants, I woke up extra extra early to get there and there were literally 20 people in the queue in front of me 😂 Thankfully, by the time it was my turn to place an order, even though almost all the flavours were already sold out, there were still 5 of these lemon meringue croissants left. Out of courtesy to the people queueing behind me, I got a few, not all 5.
