Finally got to visit eat 3 bowls, a Taiwanese eatery, but regret not coming sooner when there wasn't a long queue. Despite coming here for a late lunch at 2-ish pm on a Saturday, we still had to queue for ~45min.

I ordered the eat-3-bowls set ($16) which came with 3 mini "mains" - oyster mee sua, chicken rice, and braised pork rice, and a drink. I got to admit that all three dishes were really well-made, probably one of the better / best places for Taiwanese food in Singapore. My favorite out of the three was the chicken rice! The chicken was tender and the rice, which was soaked in a oily chicken gravy, was so flavorful. Love it!

For the drink, I opted for the glass jelly with fresh milk. A suggestion is to leave the drink to sit for a while before drinking it so that the flavor and sweetness from the glass jelly will be well-mixed into the fresh milk.

Overall, I really enjoyed the food and the ambience of this place. The eatery was designed to be like a classroom in Taiwan, with school tables and chairs. So cute!

I will definitely be back for more when we can finally start dining out in larger groups again 🥺
