Another dish we ordered was their homemade artisanal pasta, the I was pleasantly surprised because this dish is typically cooked with olive oil, white wine and chilli flakes but the pairing of flavours here was refreshing and delicious. On my first bite, the citrusy taste from the orange hit me and surprisingly balanced out the brininess from the clams. The cherry tomatoes were also well seasoned and were deliciously sweet. Overall, an extremely well executed dish. ๐Ÿ˜
