Novena Peranakan is truly a hidden gem with one of the best Peranakan food in Singapore and yet at affordable prices. A sweet ending to the meal is served in the form of authentic and strong gula melaka sauce and coconut milk drizzled over blended ice with kidney beans and chendol jelly. Only downside is that the chendol jelly tastes a little floury.
