The pan-seared Tasmanian sea trout’s flesh flakes off easily and the skin is crispy, served on top a dome of organic ruby rice. And I love the Matcha infused French oyster beurre blanc sauce πŸ’• It brings the entire dish together and I made sure to finish every drop. Not to mention that it’s healthy 🀀
